Negri Srl, based in Salara (RO) and founded in 2005, specializes in drying and trading cereals and agricultural products.
In 2013, the company chose to embrace and promote sustainability criteria in agricultural production by joining Cereal Docks’ Sistema Green® label for white maize production, following the related Sustainable Production Guidelines developed by Care For Engineering.
On January 17, 2014, Negri Srl obtained the product certification for white maize, confirming its compliance with the private standard. The Sustainable Production Guidelines for Sistema Green® white maize are owned by Cereal Docks S.p.A., and the certificate was issued by CSQA.
The Guidelines were implemented by Negri Srl under the leadership of Fiorenzo Negri and the technical direction of Daniele Marchetti. Care For Engineering oversaw the implementation of Part IV of the Guidelines, concerning the execution of the product’s Carbon Footprint.
