We contribute to the definition of sustainable production standards by integrating measurable and science-based environmental criteria that meet both market expectations and European policy frameworks.
Our work also focuses on knowledge transfer: we help local agri-food actors understand the benefits of environmental sustainability and support them in building long-term strategies.
Through technical and scientific dissemination, we promote best practices and the uptake of new sustainable processes within the agri-food industry.
