Manage and scale EU-funded projects
We provide technical and strategic support in the design, implementation, and reporting of EU-funded projects. Our expertise has focused so far on sustainable biofuels and bioenergy supply chains, but we are actively expanding into other sectors such as sustainable agriculture, circular economy, and low-carbon technologies. In addition to environmental assessments (LCA), we also carry out Social Life Cycle Assessments (S-LCA) to evaluate the social and socio-economic impacts of products, technologies, and value chains — helping projects address sustainability in a holistic and multidimensional way.

how we work
Proposal Development & Partnership Building
CFE contributes to shaping competitive project proposals on identified calls, defining concepts, and partecipating into strong, interdisciplinary consortia. It ensures alignment with Horizon Europe priorities and evaluation criteria.
Grant Agreement & Administrative Setup
Once the project is approved, CFE assists in negotiating the Grant Agreement and Consortium Agreement, setting up governance structures, work plans, and financial reporting systems in compliance with EU requirements.
Technical Coordination & Quality Assurance
CFE manages the day-to-day technical progress of the project, ensuring timely deliverables, milestone tracking, and integration across work packages. It also implements quality control and risk mitigation protocols.
Reporting, Dissemination & Exploitation
CFE handles interim and final reporting, supports communication and dissemination activities, and designs exploitation strategies to ensure project results have real-world impact and continuity beyond the funding period.
